Due to a retirement, we are looking for an internationally experienced leader able to manage, guide and further develop worldwide distribution sites.

In this key position, you will manage the global sales organization with multi-channel character and will also be a driver of digital transformation.

Your tasks:

  • Leading and guiding the global sales organization
  • Further developing the sales strategy and its implementation
  • Strengthening the existing product / component / system business
  • Further expanding the digital business with digital services, software and Industry 4.0
  • Digitally transforming the multi-channel sales organization with innovative and disruptive approaches, also in e-commerce
  • Acquiring and supporting of top customers on C-level
  • Further developing agile and flexible ways of operating          


Your profile:

  • Completed studies in IT, electrical technology, physics or similar
  • Desirable: doctorate and / or MBA
  • In-depth experience in multi-channel sales
  • Proven success in expanding digital business
  • Experience in leading and guiding a complex and global sales organization in a high-tech company
  • Intercultural experience with Europe, USA and Asia and a cross-culture mentality
  • Excellent English; other foreign languages are also welcome
