Would you like to be part of one of the worlds fastest growing Solar companies?


As the company continue their exciting growth they are now looking for a Strategic Account Manager to grow and develop the Belgium & Netherlands market.


You will report directly to the European Sales Director and be responsible for the growth in a defined set of partner accounts and winning new partners.


Role & Responsibilities:

Possess a detailed understanding of partner (installer and distributor) economics with demonstrated ability to assess a partner's business and jointly develop strategies to incorporate and sell the company products.

Account planning and management. Develop and execute joint business plans to drive company revenue and market share at partner accounts including but not limited to negotiating supply agreements,providing product training,assisting in development of co-marketing/demand generation campaigns,introduction of new products and managing day to day business issues.

Manage day to day communications with named distributor and installer partners

Continuously profile and qualify new installers

Monthly reviews of forecast and order backlog with customers

Be a conduit for market intelligence from installer partners

Drive customer/partner issue resolution


Experience Required:

Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience in a high tech industry selling via indirect channels such as authorised dealers and distributors of electro-mechanical devices

Solar experience and strong channel network in Belgium & Netherlands is essential

Excellent interpersonal skills
