As Field Applications Manager, you will lead deployment and support of diagnostic applications and systems in a remote Italy-based role. You’ll manage a team of application specialists, ensuring solutions are effectively implemented and optimized for customers. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe to drive adoption, improve lab efficiency, and maintain high service standards. Responsabilités
- Oversee deployment and support of diagnostic applications and systems
- Manage and mentor a team of application specialists
- Drive adoption and utilization of diagnostic solutions with customers
- Foster high-performance culture and change management
- Improve customer experience using NPS feedback and VOC
- Own customer issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- Analyze KPI data to drive continuous improvement
- Recruit and develop specialists using Workday and related tools
- Stay ahead of industry developments and apply best practices with DBS tools
Principales exigences
- Bachelor in Biomedical Engineering
- Master preferred
- 5-7 years in application support and deployment
- At least 3 years in managerial/leadership role
- Proven experience in the diagnostics industry and diagnostic applications
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory standards in diagnostics
- Driving license; fluent in Italian and English; up to 50% travel
