In this Senior Manager role, you lead the Applied AI Health System Engineering team to design and deliver AI/GenAI and ML solutions for health systems and health plans. You translate healthcare challenges into production-grade AI, guiding cross-functional teams and engaging executive leaders to drive measurable clinical and operational impact. You foster high-performing, diverse teams and uphold professional and technical standards in regulated healthcare settings. You help shape strategic use cases and scale AI initiatives across client engagements.

Responsabilités

Oversee healthcare AI and GenAI solution development, including clinical use case design, modeling, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines
Lead large healthcare data science engagements and drive delivery process improvements
Align AI initiatives with organizational priorities by engaging clinical, financial, and operational leaders
Guide teams in processing clinical notes, claims data, ADT feeds, and other structured/unstructured healthcare data for AI/LLM use cases
Manage daily operations of a global healthcare data science team, with governance across client engagements
Contribute to proof-of-concept, pilot, and production use cases across clinical decision support, revenue cycle, population health, and research
Foster collaboration across clinical, technical, and operational team members to solve health data challenges
Maintain client service excellence and help health systems realize value from AI/ML investments

Principales exigences

Bachelor's Degree
12 years of healthcare data science/AI experience with health system clients
6–7 years of experience in health system environments

Strategic thinking Coaching and mentoring Clear communication with clinical and executive stakeholders Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, Keras, Transformers)LLM development frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel)RAG pipelines and embeddings (vector databases like Pinecone, Chroma)
