Experteer Overview

In this role you support the healthcare-focused investment banking team to deliver financing and advisory solutions. You will work with senior bankers on equity offerings, M&A, and valuations, contributing to deal execution and client materials. You’ll manage multiple projects, perform financial analysis, and help with due diligence and presentations. The position offers growth in a top-tier firm with exposure to cross-functional deal teams in San Francisco.

Responsabilités

Provide transaction support on IPOs, secondary and follow-on offerings, private placements, M&A and valuations
Manage multiple projects and work independently or in teams
Prepare client presentations and marketing materials
Assist with due diligence and financial analysis/modeling
Interact with clients during presentations and deal executions
Support preparation of company marketing and transaction documents

Principales exigences

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting (preferred)
1+ years of financial industry experience
FINRA Series 63 & 79 preferred
Strong quantitative/analytical skills and understanding of valuation techniques
Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
