Permanent SAP HCM Consultant – Belgium

You have the opportunity to join a leading Global professional services organisation that is at the forefront of SAP/ IT technology, along with your international team you will work on the most interesting projects with the latest technologies.

As an SAP HCM Consultant you will get the opportunity to customers in maintaining & transforming their SAP HR landscape to S/4HANA or SuccessFactors, taking into account the integrations with other systems.

Core responsibilities:

  • Drive SAP HR expertise
  • Guiding customers in the transformation of their SAP HR landscape to S/4HANA or SuccessFactors
  • Lead end-to-end implementations from requirements gathering through build/configuration, testing, data migration towards deployment and training.

Your profile:

  • Hands-on experience in core HR processes and implementing multiple SAP HR modules (PA, OM, PY, TIME)
  • Knowledge of both SAP R3 and S/4HANA is required.
  • Experience in coaching and leading a team is nice to have.
  • Result-driven & focused on delivering quality.
  • Knowledge of Belgian social legislation
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Fiori or ABAP is a plus.
  • Experience with data migration and data governance in SAP HR environment is a plus.

You are a native Dutch/French speaker, and you have a professional working proficiency in English.
