As a Senior Expert specialised in Financial Law/Regulatory Matters, you will be part of a team advising clients active in the financial services industry, including the banking, asset management, private equity, investment funds and insurance sector. Among the many subject matters of interest are UCITS IV, AIFMD, MiFID, MiFIR/EMIR, Prospectus Directive, FATCA, Dodd Frank and other relevant pieces of legislation affecting clients active in financial services.   You will work in an international environment while serving the leading companies in the financial industry on diverse projects. You will be expected to put your skills, expertise, motivation and creativity to use to work on complex financial law/regulatory issues and financial transactions as well as reorganisations within financial services groups.    As a Senior Expert, your role will more specifically include the following tasks: leading and training juniors in the team in their daily work on financial law/regulatory matters and reporting directly to the Director in charge taking an active role in steering the team and thoroughly reviewing and challenging the work of juniors pro-actively following up on client matters with a sense of independence and professionalism participating in client meetings and playing an act ...
