Vous développez des relations avec les entreprises qui attachent de l’importance au développement de leurs Ressources Humaines Vous vendez notre gamme de services en détectant et en analysant les besoins du client. Vous faites des propositions concrêtes à nos clients directement ou indirectement via nos partenaires Vous appliquez le plan d’action commercial afin de développer notre porte-feuille de clients mais vous entretenez également des relations avec les clients et partenaires existants de votre région En étroite collaboration avec les Internal Sales Assistant vous assurez le suivi des clients et prospects Votre profil Vous êtes passionnés par le Management des Ressources Humaines en tant que pilier stratégique pour le succès des entreprises Vous avez minimum 5 ans d’expérience commerciale réusie en business to business dans le secteur des services Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de l’Enseignement Supérieur Grâce à votre flair commercial, vous êtes capable de convaincre vos interlocuteurs Votre proactivité et orientation résultat vous poussent à atteindre vos objectifs Vous êtes bilingue français/néerlandais Pourquoi Securex Au sein de Securex, le développement de vos compétences est primordial.
