Description Nature & scope : In collaboration with R&D stakeholders, the purchasing manager will manage a portfolio of purchasing projects in the field of R&D Professional Services (Clinical and Pre-clinical Services) according to purchasing best practices and sourcing strategies based on R&D external needs. Major accountabilities : Ensure implementation of purchasing processes (Request For Information, Request For Proposal, Request For Quotation, Supplier selection, R2P,…) together with R&D Review and negotiate offers coming from external suppliers (local and global), advice properly internal clients to build relevant deals maximizing value for money Interact with
